 Here at BPM we use the most safe and effective method of home exterior cleaning known as Soft washing. Soft washing is a safe, low pressure form of washing. This method involves the use of specialized solutions and low pressure water to remove mildew, algae and other organic stains and buildup from siding, gutters, roofs and other exterior surfaces. Some of our competitors  have been known to use high pressure, or standard pressure washing which is very dangerous for your homes exterior. High pressure washing can easily push water behind siding and into insulation causing mold to grow inside your homes walls, or crack and break siding, disturb preexisting oxidation causing unsightly striping, and simply does not get your home as clean as soft washing does. High pressure washing also requires the use of ladders which can scuff and damage siding as well as crack and puncture it, where as our commercial grade equipment can reach over four stories from the ground so no job is too big, or tall for us!
